CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to secure your reservation, a card on file is required. It is not charged at the time you make your reservation. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, we will process the card for 50% of the booked service. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services, especially during this time. Reservations are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text and/or phone call. This is done because we know that it may be easy to forget a reservation booked weeks or months in advance.

Less than 24-Hour notice will result in a 50% service charge to the card we have on file.

A “NO SHOW” will result in a 100% charge to the card we have on file.

This cancellation policy is in place to allow us the time to inform our guests on the waitlist of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
